Here are your missions (if you accept them) 🦸
✔️Leading Scrum events on a daily basis and facilitating collaboration within the team.
✔️ Coaching the team in adopting agile values and practices.
✔️ Help the team and the PO to focus on business value.
✔️ Identifying problems and organising workshops to find solutions.
✔️ Manage tensions and foster good relations within the team.
✔️ Promote the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
✔️ Share your expertise through peer-coaching with other Scrum Masters.
✔️ Participate in the Scrum Masters guild.
✔️ Support cross-functional initiatives around employee well-being.
Your superpowers as our Scrum Master
✅ You’re results-oriented, and collaboration and taking initiatives stimulate you every day.
✅ You have an excellent command of French and a passive understanding of English.
✅ You have at least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
✅ Experience in the Belgian public sector is an asset.
