You will join a team composed of a BI Architect, data experts and BI developers.
➡️ You will work closely with integrated domain experts, end users and development teams to proactively and continuously collect data and make it available through strategic reporting.
➡️ You will help the Data team maximise its impact by integrating new domains, building new reports and supporting report creation by the different business lines. In practical terms, this involves:
- Understanding the customer and industry vision
- Communicating this vision to your team
- Identifying opportunities
- Defining and communicating objectives
- Understanding the different areas and their specificities
- Analyse the demands of the different businesses
- Identify opportunities for synergy
➡️ You participate in the creation of workshops with end users, experts and the development team.
➡️ You develop concise and clear stories to discuss with the rest of the BI team.
➡️ You support the client in change management and continuous improvement by:
- collecting metrics on quality, usage and expected benefits
- the possible adaptation of functionalities
- regular and proactive communication to support the change
➡️ You will identify and implement other projects that seem relevant to you in order to propose efficient solutions for the user (process, model…).
➡️ You integrate within the client’s environment and you are sensitive to the inter-team dynamics.
➡️ You will be responsible for one or more business domains vis-à-vis the client and will be the Data team’s point of contact for this/these domain(s).

✅ You communicate fluently orally and in writing in French, both in a small circle and with large audiences.
✅ You like to get regular feedback from the different stakeholders of the project.
✅ You have experience in a BI and Agile/Scrum team (min. 5 years). You have a good knowledge in modeling (Kimball…).
✅ During your professional experience, you have evolved within modern BI architectures, and more specifically with the following tools:
- Open source BI and Power BI
- modern BI and Big Data architecture
✅ Experience in the Belgian social security or public sector is an asset.
✅Knowledge of data governance (setting up a data catalogue, etc.) is an asset as well.
